We are manufacturer trained to supply, install and commission voice evacuation systems to BS5839 part 8. Our public address systems are designed and installed within the BS6259 guidelines and we guarantee clarity of sound.

Simon Hurditch - Technical Director MInstSCE


Simon started his working career as an Electronics Engineer mainly working in T.V and Audio repair. He achieved City and Guilds in Electronics Engineering by attending college in his own time.

Simon has always had a passion for electronics and sound and is an elected member of the Institute of Sound and Communication Engineers.

In the earlier years of his career he encompassed all aspects of public address and sound engineering.

With a natural aptitude for good quality sound he is able to specify the correct equipment for any exposure of communication, whether speech or music.

Coleen Hurditch - Sales and Finance Director


Coleen's working career has been mainly in customer service. She worked for a major upholstery company as a customer service manager and has attended numerous courses in quality customer service skills, in both face to face and telephone scenarios. More recently she has worked as a qualified Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Manager.

Coleen enjoys contact and interaction with people and organizations. She joined Simon full time at Simcol in 2008.
